I was a part of the concept and execution team for the 2014 Universal Orlando Resort Holiday Ecard. We were tasked with creating a video that was sent from the CEO to all of the employees and vendors. This video was also pushed through our social channels and emails to consumers. It was a requirement to be able to highlight different areas of the park in order to show a breath of destination.
This concept was title Teamwork and utilized park employees working together to pass this package through the park and ultimately ending with the Grinch. I directed multiple scenes for this video, including the Grinch shots. I was apart of the art direction team for the editing process. The final product is above.
I was again a part of the concept and execution team for the 2015 Universal Orlando Resort Holiday eCard. This video had the same requirements as the year before but needed to go in a different direction to be unique in its own right.
This concept was titled Minion Mistletoe Mischief and we utilized real park guests who happened to be in the park on that day. There was no previous scripting as we wanted to capture genuine moments between families and our minions. The final product is above.
